

Tim was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Bruce Ross and Son Eric Alan Ross.
Tim graduated from East High School, Rockford Illinois, and after high school he served in the US Air Force. He was deployed to Vietnam and proudly served his country from 1965-1966.
Tim lived a life marked by dedication and service to his family, Tim leaves to cherish his memory by his loving wife of 60 years LouAnn Ross; two children Sheri Grumbles & Tammie Zimmerman; and 5 Grandchildren, who were the light of his life; Brittany Zimmerman, Brooke Zimmerman, Annie Grumbles, Savannah Ross, Erik Ross and one Great Grandchild Rose Grumbles.
Tim worked as a skillful painting contractor for 58 years. Using his intense creative style to bring his extraordinary talent and business savvy to all his builders and homeowners around Texas and Indiana as well as the military painting the Jet’s on the air force base in Vietnam.
Tim leaves behind a legacy of commitment to everything he held dearly. Family and Friends who will miss his wisdom, humor, and the kindness he extended to everyone he met. Tim leaves behind a legacy that continues to enrich the lives of his community and those that survive him.
A blend of the midwestern state and “Got to Texas as fast as he could”, Tim enjoyed Indy races, Riding in his tractor, taking care of his horses and cows and going on fishing trips to catch the biggest red fish he could! His memory lives on in the stories told by his family and friends.
A memorial service to celebrate Tim's life will be held at a future date.
Timothy Michael Ross legacy of love and service will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to know him. He will be deeply missed and never forgotten.
