

Virginia M. Reagan, at the age of 91, passed away April 1, 2012 at the Mayer’s Memorial Burney Annex.
Virgina was born Aug. 26, 1920 in Medora, ND to Edward and Ruey Morrison. She married E. O. Norman Torgrimson of Absorkee, MT in 1941. They moved to Big Valley, Ca after WWII to raise their family. In 1956, Norman was killed in a tragic logging accident. Virginia remarried to William Reagan in 1957, and moved to Burney in 1959, where she resided until her death.
Virginia worked as a stenographer-secretary, ranch wife, and bookkeeper. Most of all, her favorite job was as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and greatgreat grandmother. Her utmost passion is life was having her family around her, she also enjoyed working jigsaw puzzles and eating candy. All who knew her loved her.
Virginia is survived by; her her sister Thelma Parker of Placerville, CA, children, Reggy (Becky) Torgrimson of Morgan City, LA, Connie Torgrimson of Placerville, CA, Cindy (Tom) Broadway of Burney, CA, Rocky (Becky) Torgrimson of Burney, CA, and Denise Glover of Red Bluff, CA, and Bill (Iris) Reagan Medford, OR. In addition to her children, she leaves 16 grandchildren, 32 great grand children, and 1great great grandson.
Graveside services will be held this Saturday, April 7, 12:00 pm Hillside Cemetery, Nubieber, CA. Celebration of Life to follow at the Word of Life Assembly Church in Burney, CA at 2:30 PM.
