Albert "Jason" Wilfred Collins

Jason was the son of Albert “Corky” Collins (Ruthanne) and Wilma (Brian) Nelson. Jason was a very talented wrestler in his high school days, winning the provincial championship and placing seventh in Canada in 1996 in his weight class. He was highly active in baseball playing in various leagues and tournaments throughout Ontario and Nova Scotia. Jason moved to Kitchener and Cambridge Ontario from Greenwood, NS in 1999. Jason had a love for heavy metal music and horror movies, as well as watching hockey and playing poker. Jason is survived by his parents, his two children: Kristen Collins (Kevin) and Zachary Collins and their mother Roxanne (Turpin) Collins and brothers Mark (Melanie) Collins and Michael (Melissa) Collins as well as his step brother Michael Yetman. He was predeceased by his birth mother Sharon Collins (Procture). A friend, a father, an uncle, a son and brother that will truly be missed and never forgotten.

A visitation will be held for family and friends to come and say goodbye to a good man that has left us too early on Friday, March 6th, 2020 at Coutts Funeral Home, 96 St. Andrews Street, Cambridge from 11 am to 1 pm followed by a Funeral Service at 1 pm from the funeral home chapel.
