Brigitte Stehlin

Brigitte is now reunited with her husband, Alex (2019). She was the cherished mother of Mark (Karen) and Katy (John) Davis. Proud and devoted Grandma of Nicholas (Yunyi), Katrina (Andrew), Shannon (Mike), and Danielle (Dylan), Brigitte treasured every moment spent with her grandchildren and loved keeping up with all the latest news in their lives. She was the dear sister of Anette (Koebi) Wolf and a treasured friend to Joyce Stehlin and Liz Pignatelli. Brigitte was predeceased by her parents, Luino and Margaret Marchioro, and by her brother, Jorg Marchioro. She will be forever missed and lovingly remembered by her extended family, many friends.

Born and raised in Switzerland, Brigitte remained deeply proud of her Swiss heritage throughout her life. In 1969, she embarked on a new adventure, immigrating to Canada with her young family in search of new opportunities. A talented florist, she shared her creativity with many through her own business, Guildwood Flower Boutique in Scarborough. Brigitte found great joy at her cottage, where she welcomed family and friends with open arms. An exceptional cook and gracious hostess, she delighted in gathering loved ones around her table for holidays, celebrations, and everyday visits. She treasured time spent with her grandchildren, whether sharing stories, laughter, or simply listening to the latest happenings in their lives. She also enjoyed lunches with friends, whose companionship meant so much to her. A lifelong admirer of hot air balloons, one of her most treasured memories was finally taking to the skies for her 65th birthday. Brigitte's warmth and genuine interest in others will be deeply missed and fondly remembered.

In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place. Family and friends are invited to a memorial visitation on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, from 12:30 p.m. until 1:30 p.m. at T. Little Funeral Home, 223 Main Street, Cambridge followed by a memorial service in the funeral home chapel at 1:30 p.m. Brigitte will be laid to rest following the service at New Hope Cemetery, where she will rest alongside her beloved husband, Alex.
