

Passed away peacefully at Cambridge Memorial Hospital with loved ones by her side, on Friday February 20,2015 at the age of 82. Predeceased by her beloved husband Lloyd Caughlin (2009). Dear mother of Brenda Caughlin of London, Karen Caughlin (Dan Wilson) of Strathroy, Sandra Brotherston (Ian) of Stratford and Charlene Deans (Rob) of Cambridge. She will be greatly missed by her grandchildren, Laura, Natalia and Nicol Rey-Caughlin, Cameron and Quinn Wilson, Drew, Evan and Justine Brotherston, and Jessica, Sarah and Leah Deans. She will also be sadly missed by sisters Hester Woodin (Lauren) and Helen James (Bob French) and brothers Ken, Nat, and Ronnie of the Loubert family; by many nieces and nephews; and by extended members of the Loubert and Caughlin family. Predeceased by her parents, Laura (nee Firlotte) and John Loubert; brothers Gene and Robert and sisters Eunice and Ruby.
Retired employee of Allen Bradley; member of Saint Gregory’s Parish; and a volunteer in the community including the Kinette Club and the David Durwood centre for many years.
Charlotte enjoyed dancing, reading, baking, travelling, playing bridge and spending time with her family and friends. Charlotte always had a smile on her face and will be remembered by her positive outlook, brave quiet strength, and sincere caring nature.
The family extends heartfelt thanks and appreciation to her daily personal caregivers and to the staff at Cambridge Memorial hospital for their exceptional care and support. Family and friends will be received at St Gregory’s Church, 10 St. Gregory's Drive, Cambridge on Saturday March 7th at 11:30am for a Memorial Mass with reception to follow in the Parish Centre.
