It's taken me a few days to write this. I never know what to say when the inevitable happens and the good Lord takes one of us home. Having said that, I would like to express my sincerest condolences to Cody's friends and family. I met Cody as a pen pal and he helped me through a tough time in my life. I'm not sure he knew how much he helped, and that was probably my fault as I never really told him. But I am so thankful he was there and that we had the opportunity to correspond. You don't have to meet someone in person to know that they are a beautiful soul. That was the case here. He was a kind and friendly man. I'm glad that he is back home with our Lord and savior and looking down on all of us. Fly high and far sweet Cody.

I can't believe you left this world so soon. The news of your death shocked me greatly. Maybe we didn't know each other in person, only virtually (a few years), but I'm glad I got to know you and thank you for all the Christmas cards you sent me. I am so sad to hear of hid passing I looked forward to see him every year at tripride in kitchener and I know I never seen him often I still loved him for his spirit and willingness to live each day like I was his last and now that he's gone I will forever be heatbroken

Always upbeat and knew what to do with phones. Cody was a good person and introduced me to all kinds of friends.

Cody and I used to bowl together in Cambridge when I was a teenager and we had recently reconnected on Facebook.  While we were never close friends, I always remember Cody's upbeat personality and positive attitude from back in our bowling days.  I was terribly saddened to see this news today.  My deepest condolences to all of Cody's friends and family ♥️
