It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Domenica on Tuesday April 2, 2019 in her 85th year.

She came to Canada in 1956 to marry the love of her life where she settled and remained in Galt for over 60 years, raised 3 children and made many friends. Most of all, she enjoyed cooking for her family and was always busy surrounded by family and friends.

She will be reunited with her beloved husband, Guido Incitti, and her beloved daughter, Elena Thomas. Much loved mother of Rossana (August) and Joe. Proud Nonna to Mark (Amy), Josie (Andrew), Lisa (Donato), Adam and Jeffrey. Great Nonna to Ella, Grant, Gia and Samuel. Survived by her brother, Sam Incitti (Pauline) and brother-in-law Luigi Incitti (Lucia). Favourite aunt to many nieces and nephews in Canada and Italy.

Family and friends will be received at T. Little Funeral Home (223 Main Street, Cambridge) on Friday April 5th, 2019 from 5:00 – 9:00 pm. The funeral service will follow on Saturday April 6th, 2019 at St. Ambrose Church (210 South Street, Cambridge) at 11:00 am with entombment to follow at Mount View Cemetery. A reception will then be held back at St. Ambrose Church.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.

I have many fond memories sitting at the kitchen table with a coffee talking to Domenica. She always challenged me to be better at my job with her tough questions, suggestions and concerns. I will miss her greatly.
My condolences to her family. She talked about all of you, all of the time.

Sharon and I moved to Brantford in 1979 and we were immediately blessed with incredible neighbours right across the street, Oggie and Rosanna. Our children were born near the same time, their 3 and our 4. We saw quite a bit of the Valletta/Incitti family mainly because of the children. They were great times, they were simpler times when our young families still had all their elders to be with, count on and love. Well, as we all know life moves on. What we hope to do in time of loss is first grieve and let all those people around you hold you and comfort you. Next is to remember the 'great' memories when our elders were with us. The Misiak family extend's it's prayers, condolences and deep love to your family and friends.

My most heartfelt condolences and deepest prayers go out to Roseanne, Joe, and the whole Incitti, Thomas, and August families!

Domenica will be so sadly missed by so very many, and she will always be known as everyone's Nona! She always made everyone feel so welcome and loved, and she always worried that they hadn't eaten enough. Thick or thin you had to eat!

May she be at eternal peace and at the side of her deceased family members, to guide and watch over those that she has left behind. Dormi bene Nona, Ave Maria!
