We are so sorry to hear of the passing of Fred. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all, at this difficult time.

Uncle Fred is like another grandfather to me. I am so blessed to grow up with such a tight knit family. I will always cherish the time spent together. The time I have spent camping at the Cambridge property has been influential in my life. I love nature, camping, canoeing and biking. There is no question this is from the time spent in Cambridge.  I have been lucky to go on trips traveling to other countries but there is something so special about Cambridge and it is easily one of my favourite places in the entire world. Uncle Fred always gave the warmest welcome, a big hug and kiss that made you feel warm inside. He is a kind spirit and hard working man with a great sense of humour, an amazing role model. He will be forever loved and deeply missed.

We were so sad to hear of Uncle Fred's sudden passing. I am sorry I can't be with you tomorrow but you are all in my thoughts and prayers. I'm so grateful we were able to spend time with you all this summer, both at the reunion and out at the river. I have such fond memories of Uncle Fred--he was a wonderful uncle, generous, caring and a lot of fun. I know he will be missed by all who knew him.

Sorry to hear of Freds passing, I remember the great times my Dad and Fred used to have,,from campouts to working in the store to building trailers, but always a good time

Fred was a great mentor and man.  I learned a lot from him over the years.  He was always smiling when you came to greet you at church, and he always got down and talked to my boys and asked them how they are doing. He will surely be miss by many.

Fred was a lovely man and I will treasure my time with him when he recently visited in his seventies-style rocket-ship camper.

He loved his grub and the look of happiness on his face when he had a couple of bottles of strong Goudale beer was infectious.
