Frederick was a kind and generous man with a big heart. He enjoyed bowling and watching sports. He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by his sons Brendan Pelley (Barbara) and Shawn Pelley, grandchildren Josh Pelley and Tori Pelley, great-grandsons Dominic Harvey Pelley and Mayson Harvey Pelley, sisters Diane, Bonnie, and Bernice, and his brother Wilson (Bill) Pelley. Frederick was predeceased by his wife Mollie Pelley, sister Louise Pelley, and brother Melvin Pelley. Cremation has taken place and a private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
