Ina Currie Gordon

Passed away peacefully at the Village of Winston Park, Kitchener on March 19, 2016 in her 93rd year. Ina Gordon, daughter of the late Robert Currie and Ina Bosomworth (nee Ewen) was the beloved wife of the late Andrew Gordon (1991). Loving mother of Richard “Dick” and his wife Moskandi, Bruce, and Jane and her husband Bruce Shorney. Cherished grandmother of Andria, Brent, Keith, Brian (Allison), Rob (Rosalie) and Tom, and great grandmother of Vivian. Dear sister of Edith Aitchison and aunt to many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her sisters Beatrice Down and Jean Wright. Ina’s friendship and her caring for family and others will be fondly remembered by all. Her passions were family, friends, sports, travel, bridge, reading, knitting and gardening. Cremation has taken place. Family will receive guests at T. LITTLE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 223 Main Street, Cambridge (519-623-1290) on Tuesday March 22 for Memorial Visitation from 7-9pm. Memorial Service will take place Wednesday March 23rd in the Funeral Home chapel at 2pm. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Village of Winston Park Charitable Foundation, the Cambridge Memorial Hospital Foundation, or a charity of your choice.
