Janice Lynn Rosenberg

Born in Galt, Ontario, to Stan and Amy Crane, Jan brought love and laughter wherever she went.

Predeceased by her parents, Jan is survived by her husband, Rick Rosenberg; her son, Nicholas and his partner Emily Gray; her brother and sister-in-law, David and Janice Crane; her sister, Lorie Crane and her partner Tim Snider; her nieces, Alicia Dyer and Jennifer Crane; her nephew, Zach Hawley and his partner Kaley Wachtveitl; her great-niece, Mila Dyer; and her beloved grandpup, Rose.

Jan had a wonderful career with the Royal Bank, enjoying various roles including branch manager. Upon her retirement from the bank, Jan worked with seniors, offering cleaning services, shopping, driving to and from appointment and always a listening ear. She forged wonderful relationship with her clients, who soon came to love Jan as she did them. Other than being a mom to Nicholas, this was her favourite role.

Visitation will be held at Coutts Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 96 St Andrews Street, Cambridge on Thursday, February 13th from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. The Funeral Service will take place on Friday, February 14th at 11:00 am in the funeral home chapel with a reception to follow.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer’s Association to support research in the fight to end Alzheimer’s, would be much appreciated by Jan’s family..
