Passed away peacefully at St. Luke’s Place Cambridge on Monday April 16, 2012 in his 83rd year. Beloved husband of the late Phyllis Sanford (2011). Loving father of Karen , Sue Dearlove (Albert) all of Cambridge, Pam Kenchtel (Steve) of Ayr. Cherished Papa of Chantelle, Kyle, and Katie. Step-Grandfather to three step-grandchildren, and three great- step-grandchildren. Also survived by his sisters Joyce Maynard (Cliff) and Marilyn Szukalski (Richard) both of California. Predeceased by his sister Jean Smith and his brother Paul. Jack was born in Blair, and has lived in the area all his life The family will receive friends at Coutts Funeral Home 96 St. Andrews St. Cambridge on Friday April 20, 2012 from 6 P. M. until time of the Memorial service at 7 P. M. As expressions of sympathy donations to St. Luke’s Place Foundation or the Parkinson’s Society would be appreciated by the family.
