Passed away at Cambridge Memorial Hospital on Wednesday, September 29, 2010, in his 73rd year. Beloved husband of Maria Quadros. Loving father of Victor of Cambridge, Elsie Wagner and her husband Jim of Cambridge, Marlene Tostik and her husband Robert of Cambridge. Loving grandfather of Wesley, Michael, Aaron, Steven, Mya and Hanna. Also survived by his brothers Manuel DeVargas and his wife Olivia of Cambridge, Herninio Correia and his wife Leonilda of Rhode Island, Leonildo and his wife Dalva of Cambridge, and his sister-in-law Lidoina DeVargas and his nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Manuel and Natalia Correia and his brother Odilio DeVargas. The family will receive friends at Coutts Funeral Home , 96 St. Andrews St., Cambridge on Friday, October 1, 2010 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Parish rosary will be recited at the funeral home on Friday evening at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Fatima R.C. Church, Elgin St. South on Saturday, October 2, 2010 at 9:30 a.m. Interment Mt. View Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
