Passed away peacefully at St. Luke's Nursing Home on Saturday, January 26, 2013, in her 67th year. Beloved mother of Roger of Cambridge, Helder of B.C. and Rosa of Cambridge. Loving grandmother of Sasha, Matthew, Danielle and Lisa, and her extended family and friends. Predeceased by her parents Eugenio and Virginia DeSousa, and her husband Joao DaSilva. The family will receive friends at Coutts Funeral Home, 96 St. Andrews St., Cambridge on Wednesday, January 30, 2013 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be recited at St. Mary's of the Visitation R.C. Church 16 Cooper St., Cambridge on Thursday, January 31, 2013 at 10 a.m. Interment New Hope Cemetery.
