Many members at Riverside church remember Marjorie as a great story and joke teller. At church potlucks Marjorie would entertain us and we were always impressed with her impeccable timing of the punch line. Marjorie was always interested in knowing what the children were up to and loved to catch up after the service. We will miss her ready smile, always perfectly styled hair and the Christ like way she served so many.

We lived across the road on Metcalfe Street from Betty & Jack and their girls and Marj and her Mom for many years…such a gracious lady.

It was always so much fun to work with Marj at the Thrift Store, she was always keeping piles of things for people and lives searching through treasures.
At Riverside special evenings she always had poems to share or other stories. She was always thinking of others.
She will be missed.

Miss Marj was a favourite of our family. In particular, my oldest children have fond memories of visiting her while she was still in her apartment and listening to all the stories she had of her childhood. We are thankful for the wonderful example of cheerful perseverance that was so evident in Marj. We are blessed to have known her, and pray for your family in this time of loss.

I always enjoyed chatting with Marj while she was patiently waiting for a ride home from church... I'd give her a hard time telling her to "go straight home!" and don't get into trouble ;)
She used to talk about how much she loved riding her bicycle in her younger days.
She was an accurate reflection of the grace and patience of Christ, and I'm thankful to have shared some time with her. I appreciate the time she spent putting together the Riverside history scrapbooks.

I will always remember Miss Kreager for her sharp wit and wonderful poems and stories. A true treasure, whom I was honoured to know. May God grant her family peace.
