Passed away peacefully at the Juravinski Cancer Centre, after a battle with cancer, on Saturday, November 8, 2014, at the age of 66. Beloved wife of Keith Weaver of 44 years. Loving mom of Jodi and her husband David Olienick. Special grandma of Lyra Olienick. Also remembered by her many nieces, nephews, close friends and their families. The Weaver Family would like to say thank you to the many Doctors and the Nurses on Ward 3C at the Juravinski Cancer Centre for their care and support shown to Pat and our Family. To honor Pat’s wishes cremation has taken place. A memorial visitation will be held at T. LITTLE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 223 Main Street, Cambridge on Friday, November 14, 2014 from 6:00-9:00 p.m. A memorial service to Celebrate Pat’s Life will be held in the funeral home chapel, on Saturday, November 15, 2014 at 2:00 p.m.. Inurnment Mount View Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of Ontario.
