Beloved wife of Brian Rowsell. Devoted mother of Susan (Eric Wiener) Baker and Vicki (Shannon) Trahan. Adored grandmother to Dustin, Tyler, Colby, Connor, Aiden, Carson, and Kaylie. Dear sister of Don (Kathy) Simms, Wayne (Cathy) Simms, Chris (Phil) Stuart, Brian Simms, Lorna Anderson ( Brian Gibson). Loving daughter of Susan Simms, daughter-in-law of Joyce Rowsell and sister-in-law of Victor (Rose) Rowsell, William (Elizabeth) Rowsell, Linda Brown and Judy Parsons. Patsy will be greatly missed by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her father Hedley Simms and father-in-law William Rowsell.
To honor Patsy's wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 6, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Salvation Army Church, 75 Tillsley Drive, Kitchener, Ontario N2E 3T1. A reception at the church to follow.
