Passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side on May 16th, 2025. Survived by her husband Derek, children Kimberly (Jim), Ian (Hannah) and Ainsleigh (Dalton), and was a special Nana to Kaiya, Calum and Caiden.
Born in Carbonear, Newfoundland on July 9th, 1959 to parents Howard (deceased) and Rita Cobb. Sister to Perry, Bonnie and Tammy.
Peggy found her calling as an educational assistant (EA) at many different schools throughout the years, most recently at Monsignor Doyle Catholic Secondary School. She loved all of the children and families that she had the pleasure of working with over the years.
She will be fondly remembered by all for her strong will, her quick wit and gold medal abilities in her favourite sport: shopping!
Special thanks to her health teams both at CMH and at home, as well as her EA and Book Club ladies for never leaving her side throughout her journey.
