People are like stained-glass windows. They sparkle and shine when the sun is out, but when the darkness sets in, their true beauty is revealed only if there is a light from within. Ruth completed her journey here, with her family at her side, after a generous and fulfilling life on September 4, 2011. Family members left to carry on her legacy of inspirational living include: Steve and Kim, Bill and Judi, Maureen and Duncan, Clancy (Joseph) and Deborah, and Janet. Her 14 grand-children and one great-grandchild will fondly remember Grandma. She leaves behind her loving husband, Walsh Bryson, step-daughter and husband, Janice and Jay and her beloved sister Pat Pink. Ruth’s first husband, Frank Clancy predeceased her. Family and friends will be received for a Memorial Visitation at Coutts Funeral Home , 96 St. Andrew St., Cambridge, ON, N1S 1M8 between 2:00-4:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 8, 2011.
