Born in The Philippines, William immigrated to Canada in 1994. He was a loving, caring, hardworking and friendly person. He enjoyed his job at G & K services for 22 years. He was a devout and influential member of the Free Believers in Christ Fellowship in Cambridge since 2006. He is a member of organizations such as Bibak-Hamilton/Toronto, Besao, and the Filipino-Canadian Association. He loves travelling, fixing cars, helping other people, and spending time with his family and friends. He will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife, Alice Bangawan, daughter Almira Dondonilla (Lucilo Dondonilla III), sisters Liza Bangawan, Rose Marié Jenkins (George), Albina Limayog (John), Florence Lawilao (Sebio), and Annie Hart (Allan), nieces and nephews Faith Bangawan, Venya Bouko, George Jenkins Jr., Shirly Fernandez (Eddie), James Ayban (Mitan), Richard Ayban, Wendy lyn Ayban (John), Llyonie Dee Longchaya (Brent), Jowider Limayog (Dar Bonnie), Alphine Limayog, Jackson Limayog, Gwendolyn Subia (Jolieberth), Mark Anthony Lawilao, Jone Benidect Lawilao, Reggie Lee Lawilao, and Alana Hart, and great-nieces and great-nephews Jallyn Tzarina, Brendee Raine Antonia, Llyren Lake Cecilia, Kiaran, Kirby, Koby, Harper, Shyne, Aida Lyn, Winry Skye, John Lee, Mhayen Crea, and Jowen John. William was sadly predeceased by his parents, Benedicto and Rosalia Bangawan, and his sister Aida Ayban (Fred). Visitations will be held at Coutts Funeral Home on Thursday, April 26th from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Friday, April 27th from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the chapel at Coutts Funeral Home on Saturday, April 28th at 11:00 a.m. with an interment to follow at Parklawn Cemetery.
