He was born November 26, 1937 in Allentown, PA. He was a veteran in the US Army serving in the Vietnam War. Prior to retirement he was a Ballroom Dance Instructor for many years.
He is survived by his wife, Lillie Berry-Herbst, of Camp Hill, brothers Raymond Allamond, John, Louis and Paul Herbst, several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 on Wednesday, July 27, 2016 at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, 2000 Chestnut St. Camp Hill, with viewing one hour prior to service. Burial will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contribution should be made to the church.
