He was born in Tarentum, PA on August 27, 1929, son of Joseph and Amelia Chromik Bulo. He was a 1947 graduate of Strong Vincent High School in Erie, PA and was a lifeguard for many years in Erie; he was a member of Good Shepherd Catholic Church and was in the US Air Force for 4 years. Prior to retirement he was a PA State Policeman for 25 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Eleanor Bulo DeGeorge.
He is survived by sons, Joseph and Jeffrey and daughter Christina, former wife Marianne of Mechanicsburg, sisters, Pauline Bulo Borczon of Detroit, Mich., Mary Ann Bulo Pelkowski of Erie, PA and Carolyn Bulo Schweitzer of Katy, Texas, two granddaughters Nevaeh Angel and Trinity Angel Bulo, as well as many cousins, nieces and nephews.
