He was born January 8, 1951 in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico, son of Antolino and Catalina (Montes) Garcia.
Prior to his retirement, he was a self-employed welder and artisan.
His hobbies and enjoyments include spending time with his family, making crafts, and fishing.
Both of his parents, Antolino and Catalina, precede him in death.
Survived by his sons: Jose W. Garcia, of Mechanicsburg, PA and Paul J. Garcia, of Altamonte Springs, FL; grandchildren: Kalinda, Elijah, Gabriella, and Solmaris; siblings: Carmen, Juan, Eloina, Nery, and Milagros.
