Morag was born and raised in southern Ontario but moved to beautiful BC in 1978. She loved the Island lifestyle and spent many years sailing the west coast, including several years working on BC Ferries as a deckhand. She was known for her ever-present smile and positive loving attitude.
Morag was predeceased by her parents, Janet (Hetherington) and John McCreadie, and her brother Scott. She is survived by her brothers Glen (Cindy) and Jeffrey, cousins Sean Raleigh, Dianne Whittingham and Michael Raleigh, all of Ontario, niece Angelica and nephew Ryan McCreadie, of Edmonton, nephews Kevin and Steve (Camille) McCreadie and grand-nephew Lucas, all of Ontario, as well as beloved friend Debby Lucien of Campbell River.
There will be a private ceremony and inurnment in Toronto at the family plot. In Morag's memory, donations or gifts to the Campbell River and North Island Transition Society would be greatly appreciated. https://www.annelmorehouse.ca/
