Anita Martin-Firth

Sunday, May 29th, 2016 at the Marie-Anne Ouellet Residence of Lac au Saumon, Qc. and formerly of St. François d’Assisse, Qc. at the age of 85, passed away Mrs. Anita Martin-Firth, wife of the late Howard Firth.  She was the daughter of the late Rosanna (Doucet) and the late Zenon Martin.

She will be sadly missed by her children: Richard (Guylaine Lavoie) of Amqui, Barbara (Marc-André Brignone) of Terrasse-Vaudreuil, Pierrot of Matapedia and Cindy (Bryan Jomphe) of Welland, Ont.; her grandchildren  : Mark, Martin, Sara-Kim, Jasmin, Michael, Terry, Shanley and Byran; her brothers and sisters:  Roland (Jeannine) of St-François d’Assise, Valmont (Cecile) of St-François d’Assise, Solange (Charles) of Matapedia, Yolande of St-Alexis-de-Matapedia and Majella (Michel) of Trois-Rivières also by many nieces, nephews and friends.

She was predeceased by her husband, her parents, her daughter-in-law Joanne, her grandson Brian and his spouse Cindy and her great granddaughter Lily.

Funeral mass will be held on Thursday morning, June 2nd at 11 am in the St-Laurent Church, Matapedia.  Mrs. Anita Martin-Firth will rest at the Municipality Community Hall on Wednesday evening from 7 till 9 also on Thursday morning from 9 till time of funeral.  All time have been expressed on Quebec time
