Thursday, January 5th, 2023, at the Campbellton Regional Hospital, at the age of 80, passed away Mr. Léonda Pitre of Atholville, husband of Mrs. Lucienne (born Arsenault) Pitre. He was the son of the late Augustine (born Martin) and the late Laurent Pitre.
Beside his wife Lucienne, he will be sadly missed by his children: Sylvie (Jerry Pitre) of Campbellton and Michel (Jennifer Giguère) of Gatineau; his grandsons: Matthieu and Damon Alexander; his sisters and brother : Léona (Pierre Roy) of St-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Gilberte (Claude Hagarty) of Rouyn-Noranda, Lorraine (Roland Dubé) of Rouyn-Noranda and Raymond (Nicole McGraw) of Miramichi also by many members of the Arsenault family, nieces, nephews, and friends.
He was predeceased by his parents; his sister and brothers: Corinne, Lucien, Edouard, and Gérard.
Mr. Léonda Pitre will rest at Savoie Funeral Home, situated at 47 Alexander St., Campbellton, on Friday evening January 13th from 7:00pm with a Liturgy of Words starting at 8:30pm at the funeral Home.
