Monday, October 5, 2015 at the Campbellton Regional Hospital, at the age of 73, passed away Mr. Maurice Roy of Dalhousie, husband of Mrs Shirley (Carrier) Roy. He was the son of the late Auguste Roy and late Georgina Allain.
Besides his wife Shirley, he will be sadly missed by his children: Wanda (Michel Levesque) of Eel River Crossing, Renaud (Johanne Gosselin) of Gatineau and Bruno (Madeleine LeBlanc) of Gatineau; his grandchildren:: Steve, Gaby, Jessica, Jonathan and Mathieu; his brother and sisters: Claude (Lisa) of Dalhousie, Germaine (Yvon Boulay) of Chicoutimi, Cynthia (Jacques Roy) of Dalhousie and Claudette (Lucien Doucet) of Charlo also by many nieces, nephews and friends.
He was predeceased by his parents and his sister Linda.
The funeral mass will be held on Thursday, October 8th at 4pm in the St. Jean Baptist Church, Dalhousie. With respect to Mr. Maurice Roy’s wishes, there will be no visitation to the funeral home. A donation to the Tree of Hope Foundation would be greatly appreciated by the family.
