Blanca was the third child of nine children born to her parents Estela Urrutia Ayala and David Ramos Ayala in Aguascalientes, Aguascalientes, Mexico, on September 21, 1953.
Blanca worked for the telephone company for nearly 45 years, often clothing her youngest siblings in Ma Bell t-shirts and paraphernalia. Her work for AT&T, provided telephone service for large parts of Los Angeles. She proudly provided her time in volunteering with the charitable group the Telephone Pioneers of America.
Ever the adventurous spirit, Blanca spent most of her time dreaming of ways to enjoy life to the fullest. Embarking on numerous adventures, both local and abroad Blanca enjoyed herself, as she traveled. She'd often take her youngest siblings camping or for long, winding drives. She took trips up the West Coast of the United States, through the Rocky Mountains, exploring Yellowstone National Park, into Canada and as far north as the Artic Circle. Blanca would later take herself on multiple cruise voyages and a trip to Japan.
An accomplished artist over her lifetime, Blanca created numerous memorable pieces of from award winning porcelain dolls to paintings. Blanca also excelled in designing knitted and crocheted pieces, often found adorning family homes.
Blanca is survived by her 7 remaining siblings, David, Miriam, Carlos, Beatrice, Rosio, Arturo and Ricardo. She also had 11 nieces and nephews, six grand nieces and nephews and one great-grand nephew. Our family takes comfort in knowing that Blanca has reunited with our parents up in heaven.
