He use to work with my dad and dated a few times but we became friends and I so cared about him. Just found out that he past yesterday from a medium of all things and I looked it up and it’s true so sad 😞. He was a great guy. I would love to know all the details. Rip Chris, you will be missed.

So sad to learn of Chris' passing though we hadn't crossed paths in a very long time.  He was one of the kindest, sweetest and funniest friends who helped make high school bearable. We had so many middle of the night talks and goofy laughs. I'm so glad to read others felt the same about his character-- that we all knew and lost a special man from this world.  Heartfelt sympathy to his family.

I met Chris in 7 Th grade we dated a few times but became better friends . On Saturdays we would go to the Reseda Bowl. My mom liked him. Every time he came over my mom would compliment that he always looked so handsome in his white tshirt 🤷🏼‍♀️

I didn’t have too many friends in high school(I was usually in the darkroom)but Chris was one of them. I have great memories of him. 
He was a gentle spirit   

I have known Chris since 6th grade. While we were in junior  high school we became very close. I thought of him as a brother. Chris was by far one of the sweetest men I have ever met. I’m so sad we drifted apart after high school due to me moving out of state.  I last saw Chris at our 10 year reunion. Even though we were apart, I thought of you often. May you rest in peace my old friend.

Chris Gomez was my best friend growing up. From 4 years old. My Best Man when Gretchen and I were married nearly 40 years ago. Wow...time just flies by. 
I was so grateful to spend a lot of time with my friend Chris at our last Cleveland High School reunion and share so many memories. We had a very blessed childhood together. Everything sports was great. Every sport together. 
Until we meet again my friend Chris in God’s kingdom. Rest well

I was sad to hear of the passing of Chris I met him in the summer of 1972 I knew his parents as well.  I send condolences to his family , he was a passionate person, very kind and loving. I have fond memories of him. God bless his family.
