Federico Yñiguez passed away on Friday, August 8th in the evening. He spent three months in the hospital prior and seemed to be recovering, but on August 7th he unfortunately took a turn for the worse.
He was born on October 18, 1952 in Santa Monica, Ca. He graduated from UCLA and received a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. He married Emerita Sandoval on August 25, 1990, and they had two wonderful children, Daniela and Federico Rogelio Yñiguez.
Federico worked for Powers One and Trader Joe's as a computer programmer. In 2006, Federico was diagnosed with leukemia but managed to overcome it. Fedrico loved talking to people and every time he went to the store, he made a new friend. His family will always remember him for taking care of them and providing them with love and his corny jokes.
He is survived by his children, wife, and parents, Elisa and Rogelio Rodriguez. He is also survived by his sister, nieces, and nephew.
Anyone who met Federico would say that he was a great man with a personality that drew you to him. He always made people laugh. He cared very much for his family and they will miss him dearly.
