Ivan De Jesus Reyes, age 17, of Simi Valley, California passed away on Sunday, December 26, 2021. Ivan was born January 24, 2004.
A funeral service for Ivan will be held Friday, January 7, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Saint Joseph The Worker, 19855 Sherman Way, Winnetka, CA 91306. Following the funeral service will be a visitation from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Gates, Kingsley & Gates Praiswater Mortuary, 6909 Canoga Ave, Canoga Park, CA 91303.
