Lydia Liscano Padilla was born in Subic Bay, Philippines, the daughter of Amparo and Valeriano Liscano. She immigrated to Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 1968 with her husband Herman and 3 sons. In 1979 the family relocated to Southern California. She is survived by her sons Lex, Leroy and Lester; her daughter Lynn; daughter in law Naomi and son in law Craig; and grandchildren Audrey, Colin, Lumi and Louis. She was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Herman Felix Padilla. Lydia always opened her home and heart (and kitchen) to her extended family and will be missed greatly by us all.
