You will be missed Maritza. 
Every year in October we would go out to dinner to celebrate birthdays and I will miss this so much. Love you my dear friend! Rest easy.

Maritza served on my Advisory Board and was a very important and popular person in our industry.  Everyone loved her.  She was so popular that at our last conference 6 different companies registered her as their special guest!   Everyone wanted to spend time with her because of her kind and generous disposition.  She will be sorely missed as an Advisory Board Member, in our industry, and I will miss her more than she will ever know, as my friend.  

It took some time for this to sink in. 
I have lost a wonderful colleague and 
I am so very grateful to have known Maritza. Her positivity towards life, everyone, immense love and pride for her children, Giulia, Antonio and her family was so evident. She said she and her husband were blessed with 2 very good and thoughtful children and she was so excited about their future. She had great things to say about her family members, her Mom including her Mother in Law who she said had a big heart. We hoped to meet in person one day. Something as simple as that is now an immense loss. She had a list of countries she wanted to visit :) including mine.
Our discussions about various things will always remain sweet memories of a beautiful person I knew I would stay in touch with. I miss our chats, her enthusiasm and positivity. To say that Maritza was immensely dedicated to her work is an understatement.

I will always smile when I remember Maritza.
Sending prayers to Giulia, Antonio, Sal and all of Maritza's family and friends for the strength to heal.

An angel lost here, the heavens have gained one and you will always

My sister in law Maritza always had a smile on her face and I will always remember her gentle and caring spirit. She loved all of her family so much and took a genuine interest in everyone’s life. Everyone who knew her is devastated by her passing and her spirit will live on as a light in our lives. Heaven has gained an angel. 

My sister in law Maritza was always the nicest and sweetest person, such a genuine soul. Our family will not be the same without her and We will miss her dearly .  We love you

Our deepest condolences are sent across the miles to Sal and the whole family - we will hold Maritza’s goodness close to honor the way she truly shined: with light, love, and kindness.  

Dear Maritza, I will always remember and treasure the beautiful bouquet that you made for my wedding day. You will be forever in our hearts and prayers. 

I worked with Maritza for 7 years. She & I were often the last 2 people to leave the office. We used to get lost in conversation about work, ergonomics, families, gardening. She had a tip for growing lemons, resulting in the best lemons I've ever tasted (use berries that are too far gone to eat, but not rotted, and bury them around the lemon tree). She also spoke at length about Antonio and Giulia, and how she could help guide them thru the next steps in their lives: what to study at school, how to apply for jobs, how to interview, what career is right, how to ensure a successful future for them. I'm overwhelmed with grief; heartbroken over her loss; blessed & grateful that I knew her. There were plenty of negative things to say about work, but she was consistently a role model for kindness and decency. Such a good heart that I will never forget.

Maritza was my smart, beautiful and loving sister in law and friend. She was my brothers best friend and the love of his life. She was an amazing mother to Antonio and Giulia. She will be greatly missed !!
Maritza will be in my heart forever! 

Our Lord, gave me the opportunity to share unforgettable moments with a wonderful and humble human being as family. Maritza, my sister in law, an extraordinary, joyful and bright person. She touched positively the lives of all the family, friends and others in need. Helping everyone, even sacrificing her own time to serve others with joy and happiness. She is leaving us in sorrow, far away from her happy smile and bright spirit for a short time.
Revelation 21-3,4: The tent of God is with mankind, and He will reside with them. He will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning not outcry, not pain be any more. The former things have passed away”.

Maritza was not only my sister but a great friend, always willing to listen and give advice and support.  She was very positive and saw the bright side of everything.  Her advice to people was that to succeed you would need to see yourself or your loved one as a successful person.  Her kindness and big heart for others was her daily life.  Giulia, Antonio and Sal were in her mind and prayers at all times, wishing them happiness, health and success.  She also found the time to take care of mom and made herself available for friends and other family members.
She will be in my heart forever.  Her strength will keep me going. I’ve been blessed to have her as my sister.  I will now have her as my Angel.


Maritza will always be remembered by me as a kind, giving soul that was always ready to offer her time and volunteer alongside other parents at Guilia’s school growing up. Our deepest condolences to Guilia and her family. May God give them strength and comfort in this difficult time and may her soul Rest In Peace. Sal, Antonio, Giulia, I am very sorry for your loss.  Maritza was a great colleague and friend for me, we worked together frequently and traveled together from time to time to make some factory visits in Mexico or Brazil.  Always kind, always caring and always willing to first try and understand each unique situation, Maritza was a good counselor for me, and I will miss her terribly.  I was even bugging her about factory visits later this year during August, not knowing the difficulties she would face.  A sentence or two cannot really describe Maritza’s personal strength or professional knowledge and experience, I am happy that we could work together and get to know one another over the years.
