God, it seems like yesterday we were headed back from Vegas after having a fun weekend with my mom and Shannon. You had a ball hitting the casinos and my mom and I had a ball drinking and laughing. You will forever be loved and missed. God bless your soul.- Mona

I can’t believe it’s been a year. You  texted last year and said, “ it’s been  too long, have you forgotten about me?”.. I told him never, and since he had an IPhone, i would face time he ALL the time.  Thank you for coming to my college graduation, that meant a lot to me. I will never forget about you. Love you always RIP.

So I remember this one time. It was summertime and the night was coming to a close at nearly 9 at night. The heat was dying off just as the light was going down and I happen to walk out of my door about the same time that Mike walks out of his with his dog Poppy at his side.

And we stand there in the fading light shooting the breeze. And I could tell he was in a good mood as he often was. He leaned back a little bit with his weight on his heels and he lifts his head a little bit and he grins a big old grin.

I asked him why and he says "Ah, no special reason in particular. It was just a really good day and it's a beautiful sunset and my body is not hurting too much and we're out here just enjoying the time talking. I just feel good."

And it happened like that more times than I can count. That was the neighbor Mike was. And that's the kind of easy positive time we had whenever we were around each other.

And I am sure that the next time I see him he'll be standing there rocked back on his heels with a big old grin on his face sharing his light and inner glow just as he always did.

My sincere condolences to the Coleman family. I have known him my whole life since I was a little girl. I have so many fond memories of him.  Whether it’s going to his house and him coming to my college graduation.  Or even our trip to Vegas in 2008. He was a wonderful soul, and he will be missed.  God give you strength, and may God bless his soul.

Whatever something happens or hear something, we always shared a laugh,  tease, and prayed together, but when I grab my phone, I realize that you are not there to answer...  You are always with me. You may not wear earthly garments but the heavenly cloth with a crown on your head. I thank God for the time Michael and I shared together. You gave me the best man to be with me. I praise you forever, Lord. Please strengthen our family. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼💝

My Prayers and Condolences to the Family, I knew Michael because he was a very good friend with my cousin Gregory Larkins, they were buddies, so I always had the opportunity to be around Micheal growing up, He was always Laughing and Smiling and that is the way I will always remember him.  Take your rest, and rest Well my Good Big Brother Love You, and Tell Greg my cousin I miss and Love him.

I see Michael fixing a breakfast plate at 1 in the afternoon. Talking about he don’t eat slave foods.  But the plate is full of bacon!!  I asked Michael didn’t  they give us pork on the plantation??  He showed me that great big smile of his and stuffed his mouth with bacon. Michael’s always been able to bring a smile to my face and joy to my heart with his antics. Already miss you Michael and your IMessages.
