A visitation for Ngoc will be held Friday, September 10, 2021 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Gates, Kingsley & Gates Praiswater Mortuary, 6909 Canoga Ave, Canoga Park, CA 91303. A funeral service will occur Monday, September 13, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Saint Joseph the Worker Church, 19855 Sherman Way, Winnetka, CA 91306.
