Myrna Deborah (Tanzer) Spector of Rockland, MA, passed peacefully on Sunday afternoon, July 2, 2023. Beloved wife of the late Harold Spector; they shared 67 years of marriage. Born in Boston, she was a daughter of the late Phillip and Sarah (Feldman) Tanzer.
Myrna loved to travel and spend time with family and friends. She was a homemaker and later a manager at Balsams Card & Gift Store in Brockton. Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter Lynne Kurlansky and her husband Stephen of Taunton and her son Leonard Spector and his companion Laura Ribeiro of Arlington; beloved grandchildren Keith Kurlansky, Alex Malkki, and Scott Kurlansky and his wife Genna; and special niece Karen Zoller her husband David and Michelle Spector, Gregory Spector, and Jason Spector. Myrna is preceded in death by her brother, Herbert Tanzer.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 5 at 1:00 PM at Stanetsky Memorial Chapel, 475 Washington Street, Canton, followed by burial at Sharon Memorial Park.
