Born on October 14, 1935 in Boston, Massachusetts to Edward and Henrietta Liberman. She married her love, Bernard Norman Resnick, in February of 1957 who preceded her in death in 2002.
Nancy is survived by her children, Susan and Marty George, Scott and Lori Resnick, and Eric and Cindy Resnick; her brother and wife Paul and Joyce Liberman, brother and wife Daniel and Helen Liberman; grandchildren Rachel and Jon, Jessica, Jacob, Lucas, and Jonathan; great-grandchildren Amelia, Eliza, and Caroline; and many nephews, nieces, and loved ones who fondly loved her as Aunt Nancy or simply Nanni.
A founder and lifetime member of Temple B’nai Shalom of Braintree where she was loved and adored by the congregation during her 60 years of service to her 2nd family. Right up to her passing she was actively supporting fundraising and other initiatives for the Temple.
For many years Nancy worked for the Braintree (MA) Public School System as a school secretary where she touched the lives of countless students, educators, and administrators.
Even in her 80’s Nancy visited the gym 5 days a week highlighted by her countless hours on the rowing machine and talking about the latest news in Boston sports with her friends. When not at the gym, she could be seen mowing her lawn, painting the house, or tending to her flower beds.
