

Pearl grew up and attended school in New York City. While she worked at several jobs in her early years, she mostly devoted herself to being a housewife and mother to her four children. In her spare time she cultivated close personal friendships and played numerous games of Canasta cribbage and Mahjong with her many friends. In her late 70s, she developed and pursued an interest in Judaism and at the age of 80, became a Bat Mitzvah.
She was the beloved wife of the late Israel (Irving) Samuel Saperia. She also was a devoted mother of Phillip Saperia and his husband Jim Golden, Judi Bohrer, Barbara Zwart and Bruce Saperia and his wife Victoria. She was the loving sister of Manny Misiph and his late wife Ann, Rita Escor and her late husband Gordon, Jean Primack and her late husband Jack, Ed Misiph and his wife Adrienne, Ruth Zaiger, the late Allen Misiph and his surviving wife Shelley, the late Samuel Misiph, and the late Rosalie Rattet. She was the cherished grandmother of Jason Bohrer, Danielle Bohrer, and Adam Saperia. She also had many nieces, great-nieces, nephews and great-nephews.
Funeral services will be held at Stanetsky Memorial Chapels, 475 Washington Street, Canton, MA on Monday, February 4th at 12 Noon, followed by burial at Sharon Memorial Park, Sharon, MA.
After the burial, a brief shiva/reception will take place at the Samuel C. Fireman Community, 640 North Main Street, Randolph MA.
