She was born and raised in Boston. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Albert Bailet. She is survived by her three children, Peter Bailet (Laura), Daniel Bailet (Rebecca), and Emily Berkey (Rich); six grandchildren, Lindsey, Zach, Jody and Benjamin Bailet, Dylan and Lilly Berkey; and three great-grandchildren, Lena, Ori and Remy.
Winifred's life was full of love, warmth and kindness towards family and friends alike. A graduate of Brookline High School and Boston University, she shared a love for reading with countless students as an elementary school librarian. She enjoyed travel, cooking and sailing adventures with her husband. A gentle and generous woman, she will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Funeral Services will be held at Stanetsky Memorial Chapel, 475 Washington Street, Canton, MA on Friday, January 19th at 10:00 AM. Interment will be private.
