Born in Naples, Italy on July 20, 1933, Alfonsina was a devoted wife and mother who loved to sew, cook and play Bingo with friends. She will be reunited with the love of her life, her husband Dominic Milano, who preceded her in death on August 15, 2017. She is survived by her cherished daughter, Anna Maria Milano, and many nieces and nephews.
Calling hours for Alfonsina will be held at Karlo-Libby Funeral Home on January 11, 2026, from 4:00 - 6:00 pm. A funeral mass will be held at St. Michael's Catholic Church on Monday, January 12, 2026, at 10:00 am. She will be laid to rest next to her beloved husband at Serenity Gardens Memorial Park in Largo, FL.
