She was born January 15, 1939 in Coshocton, Ohio to the late Hosick and Twila (Raines) Parks. Rosalie was a graduate of Newcomerstown High School, Class of 1957. She worked as a hairdresser for many years and retired from Ivanhoe Car Wash. She will be remembered for her love of gambling.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Shirley Erbland. She is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Daniel and Judy Parks; nephew, Kevin Parks; niece, Kathy Parks; great nephew, Daniel Parks; great niece, Alysia (Dave) Alikre; two great, great nieces, one great, great nephew, and special friend, Cindy. The family would like to thank all the home health agencies involved in her care.
Funeral services will be held on Monday at 11:00am in the Karlo-Libby Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at 2:00pm at Fairfield Cemetery in West Lafayette, Ohio. Friends may call on Monday from 10-11am, one hour before the funeral.
