Just found this out yesterday!  I am very sorry and sad for your loss.  Jack was my friend  and more for many years.  I pray that he is at peace now.  Sincerest condolences to his family.

Very sad that Jack has passed away as I've known him since high school. I spoke with him on New Year's Day. I know he was in a great deal of pain. I pray that God is giving him rest.
