Dear Jim, over 30 years ago God blessed me with the introduction of a wonderful man. That man was you. You were a rebel. You lived your life the way you wanted to - one day at a time. And, you never looked back. But, when God said,"Bear, it's time to go", you obediently took his hand and replied," Ok Lord, I'm ready, what's for dinner?" You are now at peace and pain free from all of your physical illnesses. Cherished memories I will always have. There won't a day that goes by that I won't think about the loss of my DAD. He was a kind, fare, funny, loving man. He walked into a family with two kids and raised them as his own. I lifetime of stories and memories, some of which I have already told 100 times. Your laugh, kindness, love , and antics will not be forgotten, but shared to friends and family whenever I get a chance. RIP my friend, until we meet again. Love you Dad.

Jim was the best dad ever. I thank god for bring him in to our lives. I will miss him ever second of the day for the rest of my life. He is sitting up in heaven looking down with his big smile. You are at peace now daddy. I love you .

So sorry to hear of Bear's passing. We have great memories of him and Nancy coming to eat fish and buffet at Terry's Pizza Shoppe on Friday nites and stopping for chicken on Sunday on their way home. He will be truly missed.

Mr. "Bear", as I called him was a wonderful man! My fondest memories of him were as a volunteer/chaperone for the Jackson High School Marching Band. His big bushy beard was intimidating until you had a conversation with him or saw how passionate he was about helping the marching band do it's thing! Mr. "Bear" was a fixture among the parents who selflessly volunteered their time and he will always be remembered fondly!

Heather, please know that you and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers this week.  Hugs my friend!
