Born in Toledo, Ohio, she worked various jobs until she found her place in the nursing office at Aultman Hospital from which she retired. There she made many friends whom she never forgot.
She was a talented seamstress and loved to crochet. She found peace in her gardening. Karen was a phenomenal Christmas cookie baker. She loved her puzzles. She also had a life full of dogs she loved - Shep, Sparky, Precious, Daisy, and Molly.
Karen was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Norman Raymond Rozek.
She will be forever loved and remembered by her surviving children, Janet (Joe), Kim (Bryan), Scott (Erica), Doug (Arrin); her grandchildren, Jennifer, Michael, Matthew, DeAnna, Tiffany, Jessica, Kate, Noah, Rylee, Evelyn; and great-grandchildren, Destiny, Nadia, Lucas, Liam, Aubrey, Brendan, Caelynn, Aiden, Dean, Mia, and Graham; and a cousin, Janet Willson of California.
The family will attend a graveside service.
