He was a graduate of Barnesville High School and was a US Army veteran who served in Vietnam. Roy retired from The Timken Company after 35 years of service. He enjoyed electronics and traveling.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Gray; and brother, Jim Gray. He is survived by his sons, Todd (Laura) Gray and Kevin Gray; grandson, Declan Gray; sister, Betty Murphy; and brothers, Terry (Nona) Gray, and Gary (Marlene) Gray.
A graveside service for Roy will be held Monday, June 6, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Forest Hill Cemetery, 4414 Cleveland Ave NW, Canton, OH.
