Vicky Lee Kocher

Vicky was born to on August 24, 1955, in Chicopee, Massachusetts to the late George and Leah (Hawk) Mills. She was a graduate of the 1973 class of Glenwood High School. She married Gregory Kocher on February 16, 1974, and they enjoyed 51 years of marriage together. Vicky worked for many years as a daycare provider at ABC Nursery where she helped shape many lives. She then went on to work as a Pharmacy Technician for about 18 years at Giant Eagle until she retired. She was a longtime member of Dueber Methodist Church. She loved the Lord and was praising Him until she could speak no more. Vicky was an avid animal lover and loved spending her time outside gardening. She was a devoted wife and mother. Her family was the most important thing to her. In her last days, Vicky made sure to take the time to remind her family that her life was a celebration.

Vicky is survived by her loving husband, Greg, her two daughters, Loree Kocher and Kimberly Casto, two grandchildren, Landen and Lukas Casto, three siblings, Bill Mills, Jeff Mills, Jennifer (John Donlon) Keevil, stepmother, Ginnye Mills, and many other extended family members.

Along with her parents, Vicky was preceded in death by her brother, Michael Mills, and sister, Andrea Stockwell.

Per her wishes, Vicky will be cremated, and a memorial service will be held at Karlo-Libby Funeral Home on Monday, May 19, 2025, at 4:00 pm with Pastor Jonathan George officiating. Calling hours will be held at the funeral home prior to the memorial on Monday the 19th from 2:00-4:00 pm.
