Auweta Fay Parker Calvet

Funeral services for Auweta Fay Parker Calvet, 80, of Brownsboro, are scheduled for 11 am Saturday, December 29, 2018, at Rock Hill Baptist Church in Brownsboro with Bro. Danny Bristow officiating. Interment will be in Jennings Mountain Cemetery.

Mrs. Calvet passed away Saturday, December 22, 2018, in Brownsboro. She was born December 30, 1937 in Brownsboro to Robert Ray and Vera Opal Neil Parker.

Mrs. Calvet was a lifelong resident of Brownsboro and a Baptist by faith. She was an avid housewife and loved to cook and take care of her family. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ernest Gordon Calvet; and three brothers: J.P., R.L. and Hugh Wayne Parker.

Auweta is survived by her two daughters and their husbands: Debra and Bruce Lightfoot of Brownsboro and Angela and Freddie Wehrmann of Brownsboro; four grandchildren: Lee and Christy Wehrmann, Tim Lightfoot, Alisha and Carmen Pino and Jeremy and Misty Lightfoot; nine great-grandchildren: Braylon Wehrmann, Logan Lightfoot, Gage Wehrmann, Abigail Pino, McKenna Wehrmann, Gabriel Pino, Hunter Lightfoot, Conner Lightfoot and Palmer Lightfoot; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Pallbearers are Lee Wehrmann, Tim Lightfoot, Jeremy Lightfoot, Carmen Pino, Braylon Wehrmann, Logan Lightfoot, Gage Wehrmann and Gabriel Pino. Honorary pallbearers are Hunter Lightfoot and Connor Lightfoot.

Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
