

Services for "Granny" Faye Tidwell, 89, of Edgewood, will be 10 am Friday, June 25, 2021, at Eubank Funeral Home in Canton with Mitch Goodson and Mark Goodson officiating. Interment will be in Haven of Memories.
Mrs. Tidwell passed away June 22, 2021 in Canton. She was born August 8, 1931 in the Willow Springs Community to James Alton and Gladsie Ruth Kirby Pearce.
Faye was a member of the Willow Springs Missionary Baptist Church. She worked for Malouf's Sewing Factory for over 30 years. She enjoyed gardening and canning food and was an amazing cook. Faye was a loving and faithful wife and a wonderful mother and grandmother.
Mrs. Tidwell is preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Marshall Tidwell; parents, Alton and Gladsie Pearce; sisters: Rosie Reid and Audrey Hindman; and brothers: Edward Pearce, Ray Pearce and R.A. Pearce.
Faye is survived by her son, Tim and Tammy Tidwell of Edgewood; three daughters: Susan Tull of Edgewood, Carolyn and Horace Wallace of Sunnyvale and Annette Norman of Edgewood; eight grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren; two sisters: Louise Coursey and Nell and Ken Farnsworth; three "adopted" daughters: Kristi Cain (her favorite child), Sonja Stanberry and Kathy Turner; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Casket bearers will be her grandchildren: Chad Wallace, Eric Tidwell, Thomas Tidwell, Amy Tidwell, Tiffany McBride, Mitzi Tull and Micki Tull. Honorary bearers will be her great-grandchildren: Ronnie, Dustin, Justin, Jeffrey, Katie, Lexi, Dylan, Madi, Sara, Kassi, Rheagan, Case, Hadlee & Harper.
Family will receive friends 6-8 pm Thursday at the funeral home.
