Helen Elizabeth Clark went home to be with the Lord on January 9, 2017. She will be missed by her family and a multitude of friends. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Unexpectedly widowed at 41, she successfully raised 5 children while working as a full time registered nurse in Dallas, Texas. Ending a 47 year career in nursing she moved to Canton, Texas where she built and single handedly ran Aunt Sis' Bed and Breakfast. She loved to garden and was fiercely independent, insisting even until the end that she needed to renew her driver's license.
She was born in Wills Point, Texas on December 21, 1928, preceded in death by her husband, Ray Barnette Clark, her parents; Thomas Hill Park and Lillie Gertrude Park and three brothers, Aubrey, Lloyd and Tom Park.
