He passed away May 9, 2016, in Grand Saline, TX.
Lee Roy Morris was born March 3, 1924, in Wills Point, TX to William W. and Lucy Evans Morris.
Mr. Morris served his country in WWII. He was a carpenter and a farmer. He enjoyed truck farming, raising cattle and fishing. He married his precious wife on December 1, 1951.
He is preceded in death by his parents; Wife, Thelma Inez Morris; and son, Junior Morris.
Mr. Morris is survived by his son and wife, William and Carlene Stallings of Edgewood, daughter, Thelma Jean Stallings, son and wife, James and Mable Stallings of Edgewood, daughter-in-law, Sandra Morris, grandchildren, Kim and Kenny Seitz, Tammy Stallings, Sandra and Travis Evans, Jamie Kirby, Misty Davidson, Stephanie and Joseph Matteson, Jason and Keely Morris, Karri and Jeremy Harrell, eighteen great grandchildren and six great, great grandchildren.
Visitation is one hour prior to the service on Thursday.
